To Qualify for Warranty
In order to qualify for our warrant coverage, for both products and vehicles, an inspection will be made to assess if the issue has been caused by wear and tear, or by a factory defect. In the case it is caused by a factory defect, a full exchange will be made at not extra cost, as long as it is within the warranty period. In the case it is a wear and tear situation, our technicians will prioritize this order, and find the best and most affordable solution.

Brand new vehicles purchased through SWIFT will come with the manufacturers warranty, which are usually one year in length.
PARTS
All of the e-scooter or e-bike parts we sell through our store have a one month warranty period. If something doesn't feel right, bring it back to our shop and we will solve the issue.
REFURBISHED
Just because something isn't new doesn't mean it should break right after purchase. Our refurbished vehicles have been thoroughly inspected by our technicians, and have varying lengths of warranty coverage, from one month, to six months.
GEAR
From the merchandise we sell, to the protective gear we have to offer, our one month warranty will give you the peace of mind you need.
